Justin was raised in East Texas and moved to Amarillo in 2020 to join the LHO team and begin his Tax Accounting career. After graduating from Henderson State University, in Arkansas, he began working as an Auditor for Baird Kurtz and Dobson. Justin is a second-generation accountant and first-generation CPA. He enjoys finance, weightlifting, food, and can be found riding his motorcycle in the canyon when the weather is nice.

Amber’s family is native to the Amarillo area, although she grew up in different parts of Southwest Kansas and East Texas. She and her husband, Ryan, made their way back to the panhandle in 2022, where she excitedly joined the team at Lemert Holder & Ohm. Amber graduated with her Master of Accounting degree from Western Governors University in 2023, completing her professional certification journey by becoming a Licensed CPA in 2025. In her spare time, she enjoys trying out new coffee shops, binge-watching her favorite shows, and enjoying the great outdoors with her husband.

Shannon is a native of Amarillo and graduated from West Texas A&M University with a Master of Professional Accounting degree in 2005. She obtained her CPA license in 2009.  Shannon began her professional career working in public accounting but also served as a controller for an oil and gas contractor for over a decade. She returned to public accounting as a tax professional in 2019. Shannon is a proud member of Soroptimist International of Amarillo, a women’s organization dedicated to the economic betterment of women and girls. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, and going out to restaurants and movies. She can often be found at various sports activities for her many nieces and nephews. She enjoys hanging out with her dog Lucy and cat Callie and tending to her small farm of goats and chickens.  

Kevin Smith started working at Lemert Holder & Ohm in 2012 as an entry-level bookkeeper. In May of 2014, he graduated from West Texas A&M University. Kevin has several years of experience in the accounting field & specializes in tax. His niche for tax has advanced him to the position of Tax Manager. Kevin enjoys working out & maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Dan Brown has been with Lemert, Holder & Ohm since 2005. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from West Texas A&M University & has completed the requirements to become a CPA candidate. Dan is a member of the Panhandle Producer and Royalty Owners Association & specializes in oil & gas joint interest billing and revenue distribution. Dan is married, has two grown sons and two grandchildren. In his leisure time, Dan likes to relax by playing guitar and being with his family.

Alli has been with Lemert, Holder, & Ohm since August 2018. She graduated from West Texas A&M University in 2016 with both her Bachelors in Business Administration and Masters in Professional Accounting. She has worked in tax accounting since 2014 under Jeremy Goelzer. She and her husband Andrew enjoy chasing around their German Shepherd and helping with productions at the Amarillo Little Theater.

Ben has been with Lemert Holder & Ohm since June of 2022. He graduated from West Texas A&M University in May of 2025 with a Master of Accounting degree. Ben has developed a strong foundation in tax accounting and continues to expand his knowledge in business and individual tax strategy to better serve clients. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Gracie, and making memories with friends.

Kristi started working at Lemert, Holder & Ohm in December of 2024. She graduated from West Texas A&M University in December of 2021 and graduated with her Master’s in Business Administration in May of 2024. She began her career in accounting in 2021 and is currently working on obtaining her CPA license. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her dogs, gardening, and baking.

Megan has been a part of the Lemert Holder & Ohm family since 2024. Prior to working for LHO, she worked in financial services and possesses a strong background in administrative operations and customer relationship management. She enjoys using her previous experience to help serve our clients. Megan and her boyfriend have two teenage daughters, a dog, and a cat. She is a self-proclaimed homebody and foodie.  Megan enjoys spending most of her free time cooking for family and friends, reading, and watching true crime documentaries. She also enjoys traveling and attending an array of concerts.  Megan recently received her commission as a Notary Public for the State of Texas to help better service our client’s needs.

Sandy Ludington began her career with Lemert, Holder & Ohm in January 2012. In May of that same year, she graduated from West Texas A&M University with her Masters in Professional Accounting. Sandy has several years of experience in the accounting field and is a QuickBooks Pro Specialist. She enjoys spending time with her three children, nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Christina began working with Lemert Holder & Ohm in November 2014.   She has worked in the accounting and payroll field since 2001.  She enjoys spending time with her three daughters and her grandchildren.

Elizabeth Lopez has been with Lemert, Holder & Ohm since March 2016.  She graduated in 2006 with her Bachelor Degree in Accounting from the University of Phoenix.  Elizabeth has several years of experience in the accounting field and has been even named a Systems, Applications & Product (SAP) super user.  She enjoys spending time with her eight nephews, two nieces and loves to travel with her husband Mark & his baseball team. 

Jodi came to Lemert Holder & Ohm the first time in 2017 with over 13 years of management, accounting and payroll experience. She rejoined our team in 2019.

She enjoys traveling with her husband, motorcycling, gardening and cookouts with family and friends.  She also works as an Independent Mary Kay Consultant in her spare time.

Melanie began her career at Lemert Holder & Ohm in 2021. Melanie has an Associate degree in Business Technology.  She has been in the Bookkeeping and Accounting field for over 13 years.  Melanie is passionate about her job and enjoys working with so many wonderful people. Melanie enjoys spending time with her husband, James, their six sons, and two beautiful granddaughters.

Maria joined Lemert Holder & Ohm in October of 2023. She graduated from Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. She has over 8 years of experience in the bookkeeping and accounting field and has worked with her husband in the ministry over the years. She is active in the community through volunteering at her church and participating in outreach opportunities at schools and other non-profit organizations. Although Amarillo has been her home for many years, she is proud of her Pacific Northwest roots. Maria loves traveling, great coffee shops, exploring the great outdoors, and going on adventures with her family.

Born and raised in Lubbock, Kaytlin moved to Amarillo in 2019, returning to her family roots. She joined Lemert Holder & Ohm in August 2024 and brings over eight years of experience in accounting, payroll, customer service and business administration. As a Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, she is dedicated to providing accurate & dependable support to clients. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her family, exploring local events, and continuing to grow her skills both personally and professionally.

Ann Hendershot joined Lemert Holder & Ohm in April 2007. Her friendly attitude & kind demeanor have given her the unofficial title of “Chief First Impressions Officer.” She loves the outdoors and enjoys hitting any hiking trail with her daughter, especially the ones at Palo Duro Canyon. She and her husband like to take road trips and explore back roads.

Shelbey started working with LHO in November of 2017. She graduated from West Texas A&M with her BBA in Accounting and Finance in 2018. She began as an intern in our office has worked her way up to Billing Manager. Shelbey and her husband Trent have two children, Zayden & Zaylee. Most nights they can all be found at some sort of practice and weekends are reserved for games and Cheer competitions.
